Reservations cannot exceed 4 guests. An additional charge will apply for any extra guests. No exceptions.

 Parking is limited to loading and unloading only. Handicap-accessible and approved vehicles are allowed on the grounds. General parking is available at Leipers Fork Church of Christ (4207 Old Hillsboro Rd).

 Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

 Only registered guests are allowed on the SchoolHouse grounds or inside the home. No outside visitors are permitted without approval.

 No. The SchoolHouse is a quiet retreat, not a party house. Guest numbers must match the reservation, and failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

 Illegal activities, including drug use or underage drinking, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction with loss of payment and deposit.

Please report any damages or broken items immediately. Excessive damage may lead to additional fines for cleaning or replacement.

 No, the candy bar is for decoration only. Please do not open the candy drawers, as they are fragile and may not close properly.

 No. Do not use tape, thumbtacks, or any adhesive items on the walls or doors.

 No glitter or confetti is allowed inside or outside the property.

 Lit candles are only allowed on birthday cakes. No other candles should be lit.

Yes, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, or air mattresses are available upon request in advance.

 Please do not bring towels or glassware to the river. Dispose of all trash properly.

 Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette ashes and butts must be disposed of in the proper receptacles. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.

Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Other products, like wipes or paper towels, can cause blockages.

 Outdoor fires are only allowed in designated areas. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving, and never leave a fire or grill unattended.

 Please do not rearrange the furniture. The floors are sensitive to scratching. If you must move furniture, kindly return it to its original location before check-out.

 Yes, exterior cameras are installed for security purposes. Tampering with these devices is prohibited. There are no cameras inside the house.

 To conserve energy, please keep all doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating is on.

 Dispose of trash in the wood bin located in the red brick courtyard next to the wood gate.

 The SchoolHouse is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.

 No inflatable pools or other large equipment are allowed without prior approval.
